Your property's day on one page

For small properties: see who arrives, who leaves and who is staying, and let each guest pick up the door code from their own link.

Example: a calendar of two apartments. When one guest leaves in the morning and the next arrives in the afternoon, the day splits in two.

A day at the property

The daily overview follows the same order: open it in the morning and the day is in front of you.

  1. Morning

    Today's arrivals, departures and in-house guests on one page, phone numbers included.

  2. Late morning

    Check-out

    You set the check-out time per apartment. After it, the guest link no longer shows the door code.

  3. Afternoon

    Check-in

    From check-in time the guest sees the code on their own link. No reading it out over the phone.

  4. Evening

    New booking

    You record a booking that came in by phone or email. If it overlaps an existing stay or is shorter than the minimum, you are told.

Guests need no account, just a link

The link shows arrival, departure, house information and the door code, in the language chosen at booking, Hungarian or English. You can email the link and revoke it at any time.

What it does now, and what comes later

Works now

  • Monthly apartment calendar with check-in and check-out times and minimum stays
  • Guest link with door code and house information, sent by email
  • Owner and staff roles, passkey sign-in without passwords
  • NTAK simulation: shows when data would have to be reported, without sending anything
  • Demo data in one click, so an empty account has something to look at
  • Hourly room bookings, if the house has rooms to rent too

Try it with your own property

Signing up takes an email address and a passkey. You can load demo data into an empty account.
