Frequently asked questions
What counts as an apartment?
Every separately rentable unit you add in Stayfellow: an apartment, a studio or a guesthouse.
What is the base fee?
It covers your account, and you pay it once no matter how many apartments you have. The per-apartment fee comes on top for each apartment.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. After 30 days you decide whether to subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. On monthly billing you keep access until the end of the month, on yearly billing until the end of the year.
Do the platform connections cost extra?
No, they will be included when they launch. Booking.com, Airbnb and Szallas.hu still charge their own commission.
What invoice do I get?
An e-invoice after every payment, issued through Számlázz.hu and sent by email. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge; Hungarian customers and other EU consumers pay 27% Hungarian VAT.
