Templates

Open it from Messages with Automatic messages. You start with four templates: a booking confirmation, arrival details two days before, the door code on arrival day and a thank-you after departure.

A template has a Hungarian and an English text; each guest gets their language, or the other one if it is empty. Details you insert (guest name, property, arrival, departure, guest link, door code and more) are filled from the booking; the preview uses your next booking.

Good to know: The door code can only go out on arrival day or at most two days before.

Rules

• A rule says which template goes out when: right after booking, before arrival, on arrival day, before or after departure, at the time you set.
• Choose which booking sources it applies to (direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, Szállás.hu, other).
• The ready-made rules start switched off. Turning a rule on only sends what falls due from then on; older bookings are not caught up.
• The booking page shows what went out, what is scheduled and what failed.

Templates in your own replies

On the booking page, next to the message box, Template inserts any template so you can edit it before sending. The details are filled in when you send.
