Booking.com, Airbnb, Szallas.hu: one calendar

Connect only the platforms you use, even just one. Bookings then arrive in Stayfellow, while availability and prices update automatically on those platforms.

How does it work?

Stayfellow connects to the platforms through a connectivity service. You don't need a separate account.

Connecting

First add the apartment and its nightly price in Stayfellow. You do this once, however many platforms you connect. Then follow only the steps of the platform you are on.

    Choose Channex as your connectivity provider

    In the extranet, open Account, then Connectivity provider, and type the full name: Channex. This is how Stayfellow connects to Booking.com. Accept the terms. You have to do this yourself, because Booking.com asks for two-step verification.

    Good to know: The request then waits for approval for a while. That is fine; carry on with the next step.

    Enter the Booking.com ID

    The property ID (Hotel ID) is the number at the top of the extranet, next to your property name.

    Good to know: If you have several room types or rates there, we check with you which one belongs to the apartment.

    We connect it

    We map the room and the price, bring in your existing future bookings and turn on syncing. Bookings brought in this way do not include the guest's email address or phone number.

    Good to know: After connecting, check the minimum stays of your derived rates (such as discounts) on Booking.com, because Booking.com may change them by itself.

    Click “Connect with Airbnb”

    Sign in to Airbnb and approve the connection. The approval page shows the name Channex: this is how Stayfellow connects to Airbnb.

    Good to know: An Airbnb account can have only one channel manager at a time. If you use another one now, disconnect it first.

    If you have several listings, you pick the one for this apartment.

Szallas.hu

    Enter the Szallas.hu ID

    Your property's ID (Hotel ID) on Szallas.hu. If you cannot find it, write to us and we help.

    Good to know: We cannot bring in your existing future Szallas.hu bookings automatically, so add them in Stayfellow.

    We map the room and the price and turn on syncing.

    Good to know: Free nights update on Szallas.hu only if real-time allocation is set up there. If it is not, we tell you; until then only prices update.

After that, every day

  • A booking comes in from a platformIt shows up in your Stayfellow calendar. If you connected several platforms, the same nights close on the others too.
  • The guest cancelsThe nights are free again on the connected platforms.
  • You change a price in StayfellowThe new price goes out to every connected platform.
  • You record a direct bookingThose nights become booked on the platforms too.

Frequently asked questions

Is one platform enough?

Yes. Connect just that one and add others later if you like.

Can a night be booked twice?

When a booking comes in anywhere, Stayfellow closes the nights on the other connected platforms. When connecting, we bring in your existing Booking.com and Airbnb bookings; Szallas.hu bookings you add yourself.

What happens to my photos and description?

They stay on the platforms and you edit them there. Stayfellow handles the calendar, prices and bookings.

What is Channex?

The connectivity service Stayfellow uses to reach the platforms. You see its name when connecting Booking.com and Airbnb. You need no account of your own.

Can each platform have a different price?

For now one price goes to every platform.

Can I disconnect a platform?

Yes. Bookings that came from it stay.
