Properties
Every apartment and hourly room you let is a property. Each has its own page, with its settings on tabs grouped by purpose.
The Properties page
Properties lists your apartments and rooms with what is happening today: Occupied, Free tonight, Arrives today or Leaves today, the current guest and the next arrival. On the booking page marks the apartments shown on your booking page; Listing incomplete means something the booking page needs is still missing.
Owners and managers add a property under New property: choose Apartment or Room, enter the name and click Add property.
Good to know: A room is for a space booked by the hour, such as a meeting room, and is not counted in your subscription. For overnight guests, always choose Apartment.
The apartment's tabs
- Calendar: the month with its stays. Below it, under Prices and minimum stays, you set the price and minimum stay for a period or close days on the booking platforms.
- Listing: the photos, Price and booking rules (nightly price, currency, minimum nights, check-in and check-out times) and About the place (maximum guests, bedrooms, beds, description, amenities) for the booking page.
- For guests: the door code and the information for guests shown on the guest link.
- Official: the address and NTAK registration number, the NTAK unit, the accommodation register and the tourist tax.
- Advanced: renaming and deleting the property.
Staff see only the Calendar tab. A room has a Calendar tab with its week view, and Advanced.
Official data
- Address and NTAK: postcode, street and number, and the NTAK registration number, which must appear wherever the place is advertised; the booking page shows it.
- NTAK unit: how the apartment appears in the NTAK reports, with its room number, unit type and beds. Do not change the room number once reporting has started.
- Accommodation register: the type of accommodation (private accommodation, guesthouse or other), the classification and its expiry. Owners and managers get an email 60 and 14 days before it expires. A private accommodation has at most 8 rooms and 16 guests.
- Tourist tax: the town (in Budapest, the district), the parcel number, how the tax is charged (HUF per guest per night or a percentage of the room fee) and the rate. Without a town, the apartment is left out of the tourist tax report.
Good to know: The booking page shows the classification and the NTAK registration number too.
Deleting a property
On the Advanced tab, Delete property removes a property for good. Only a property that never had a booking (cancelled ones count too) or an expense, and is not connected to the booking platforms, can be deleted.
Starting over
To begin again from a clean slate, for example after trying the sample data, an owner opens My account → Organization → Start over, types DELETE and clicks Delete all properties and bookings.
This deletes every property with its bookings, guest details, messages, payments, photos and NTAK data. Your account, team, booking page settings, templates and subscription stay. It cannot be undone, and it is not available once guest invoices have been issued, a channel is connected or data has gone to NTAK.
