Daily work
Bookings and the daily routine
Every day starts the same way: open Today and see who arrives, who leaves and who is staying.
The Today page
It lists the day's departures, arrivals and guests in house, with phone numbers, the guest link status and buttons to record arrivals and departures. Use the arrows or the date picker to look at another day.
Below, you see the next 8 weeks of occupancy per apartment. Click a booked day to open the booking, or a free day to start a booking on it.
The calendar
Calendar shows two weeks at a time, one row per apartment. Click an empty day to record a booking, or a booking to open it.
Opening an apartment gives you its month view, with the month's bookings listed below. When one guest leaves in the morning and the next arrives in the afternoon, the day is split.
Good to know: At the bottom of Calendar you also find the bookings cancelled in the last 30 days.
The booking page
Opening a booking shows the guest's details, the guest link, the booking steps and its history: when the guest link went out, when the guest opened it, who recorded the arrival.
Good to know: A saved booking cannot be edited yet. If something changes, cancel it and record it again.
Recording arrivals and departures
Record arrival and Record departure mark that the guest has actually arrived or left. If they arrive early, the door code shows on the guest link as soon as you record it; if they leave early, it disappears.
Recorded it by mistake? Click Undo.
Cancelling
Cancel frees the nights and ends the guest link; the booking and its history are kept. A cancellation cannot be undone.
Rooms booked by the hour
If the house has a meeting or community room, add it as a Room. Its week view lets you book a day with a start and end time, as a rental or an internal session.
Recurring internal sessions, such as a weekly yoga class, can be saved as a series up to a year ahead. If any session of the series would overlap, none is created.
NTAK (Hungary)
The NTAK (simulation) page shows when data would have to be reported to NTAK, the Hungarian tourism data centre: on every booking and cancellation. It is only a simulation and sends nothing, so keep reporting with your current system for now.
